Good morning to everyone out there! Hope you are having a wonderful start to your weekend!
The music world is still reeling today from the passing of singer/songwriter Eddie Money. We did a little tribute on the show yesterday playing some of his classic tunes such as his first big hit "Baby Hold On," his biggest hit (featuring Ronnie Spector) "Take Me Home Tonight" and our Lost Classic Hit of the Day "I Wanna Go Back."
With a catalog of so many great tunes, it got me thinking about what my favorite song by Eddie Money is. So I thought I would share it this morning!
The song "Shakin'" was the second single from his fourth studio album "No Control." Whilst not Money's biggest hit (peaking at #63 on the pop charts, #9 on the rock charts), it's a great rocker by a great rocker.
R.I.P. to the legendary Eddie Money.
Have a great weekend, catch you on Monday afternoon from 2-6 PM on Musicradio Q1370!
